We require the following information to propose our charter solution.

• PAYLOAD
• DATE OF DEPARTURE
• TYPE OF CARGO
  for example, outsize oil and gas cargo, electronic cargo, vehicles, aerospace. If cargo is DGR, please specify UN number and classification number
• NUMBER OF PIECES
• MAX WEIGHT PER PIECE
• VOLUME
• DIMENSION PER PIECE (tech drawings if it is an outsize cargo)
• NATURE OF CARGO - DGR or non DGR, high value goods, electronic etc

2. Aircraft matters

We will proceed to identify the suitable aircraft type and locate the aircraft nearest to airport of departure. At this step, there will be a series of technical discussions if the cargo is an outsize and heavy piece.

3. Cargo matters

Once cargo is confirmed loadable by aircraft operator, a formal quotation will be provided.

4. Feedback about delivery time and cost

5. Customer confirmation

Customer confirms the terms and conditions of the flight and signs the charter contract.

6. Prepare the cargo for transportation

7. Load the cargo onto aircraft

8. Unload the cargo off aircraft
